Overview
Decoration Services - Every Method in One Place
Whether you need a stitched logo on a polo shirt, a metallic foil print on a streetwear jacket, a woven crest on a hotel bathrobe, or a full-color all-over pattern on sportswear, all decoration methods are available at Hilton across apparel, home textiles, and socks.
Decoration is part of the product, not a separate step:
Every embroidery and printing service at Hilton is available alongside our manufacturing programs (private label and custom manufacturing), not as standalone decoration on garments or textiles you already own.
Decoration on a Single Order
- Embroidery and printing can be combined on the same garment or textile.
- Your design is reviewed before production so the right method is confirmed.
- Available across apparel, home textiles, and socks for USA, Canada, Europe, and Gulf buyers.
- Proofing, sampling, quality control, and Solutions coordination are handled under one workflow.
Embroidery Services
Custom Embroidery, Stitched to Your Specification
Custom embroidery is the process of stitching a design, logo, or text directly into a fabric using thread. The design becomes part of the garment rather than sitting on its surface, which is why embroidered designs cannot fade, crack, peel, or wash out. For brands that need decoration to last through heavy use, repeated washing, or industrial laundering, embroidery is the right method. Embroidery is available across five distinct techniques, each suited to a different design style and application.
Flat Embroidery
Thread stitched flat onto the fabric for a smooth, polished finish. The most versatile embroidery type – reproduces logos, text, wordmarks, and structured brand graphics with precision at any size. Used on polo shirts, jackets, uniforms, hotel towels, and bathrobes. The standard method for corporate, workwear, and hospitality branding.

3D Puff Embroidery
A foam insert under the thread creates a raised, three-dimensional design that stands off the fabric surface. 3D puff embroidery gives logos a sculptural, premium quality with a strong visual presence. Also used on hoodies, sweatshirts, and streetwear jackets, where a bold, textural logo is part of the brand identity.

Appliqué Embroidery
A shaped fabric piece is placed on the base garment and stitched down with embroidery thread, creating a layered textile-on-textile effect with depth and contrast. Appliqué is the preferred technique for large logo areas, sports crests, and decorative motifs where standard embroidery would lose clarity at scale.

Embroidered Patches
Designs are stitched onto a separate fabric base and applied to the garment by sewing or iron-on adhesive. Embroidered patches offer flexibility that direct garment embroidery does not – the same patch can go on any product type, and patches can be produced as standalone retail items or brand collectibles. Available in iron-on, sew-on, and hook-and-loop formats.

Chenille Embroidery
Looped yarn stitching creates a soft, raised, textured surface. Chenille is associated with varsity and collegiate aesthetics and is particularly popular in the USA market for letterman jackets, team sportswear, and premium casualwear. The dense, plush texture is immediately distinctive and recognized as a premium decoration method.

Custom Printing Services
Custom printing services at Hilton cover two methods: screen printing and sublimation printing. The right method depends on your design, your fabric, and your order. Both are available across apparel, home textiles, and socks. Both can be combined with embroidery on the same product.
Screen Printing
Ink pushed through a mesh screen onto the fabric – bold, opaque graphics with strong colour accuracy across bulk runs
Sublimation Printing
Dye permanently bonded into polyester fibres using heat – unlimited colours, all-over coverage, no surface layer.

Printing Services
Screen Printing & Sublimation
Bold, Durable, Built for Volume
Standard Silkscreen Printing
The classic screen printing method. Sharp edges, strong color saturation, consistent results across bulk runs. Ideal for logos, wordmarks, and solid graphic designs on t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and casual wear.
Water-Based Screen Printing
Water-based inks penetrate the fabric for a softer, more breathable finish. The print feels like part of the garment rather than a layer on top. Preferred for fashion and premium casualwear, and better suited to organic or natural fabrics.
Puff Screen Printing
A puff additive causes the design to expand during curing, creating a raised, three-dimensional texture. Used in streetwear and premium branded merchandise where the logo needs physical presence without the stitch density of embroidery.
→ Available on apparel only.
Foil Screen Printing
Metallic foil is applied over a screen-printed base using heat, producing a high-shine, mirror-finish element. Available in gold, silver, and custom metallic colors. Used in fashion collections, limited-edition drops, and premium branded apparel.
→ Available on apparel only.
Full Color All-Over, Permanent
Sublimation printing converts dye into gas using heat and pressure, permanently bonding it into polyester fibers. The dye becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on the surface – meaning the print cannot crack, peel, or fade, and adds no weight or stiffness to the garment. Sublimation supports unlimited colors, photographic gradients, and complex patterns across the entire surface of a garment.
All-Over Sublimation (AOP)
The design covers the entire garment (front, back, sleeves, and hem) with no unprinted areas. The standard for performance sportswear, custom team kits, and fashion-forward collections. Sublimation works on polyester and polyester-blend fabrics, and produces the best results on white or light-coloured garments.
For polyester-blend fabrics, a minimum of 65% polyester content is recommended for acceptable colour vibrancy.
Cut-and-Sew Sublimation
Fabric panels are sublimated before the garment is cut and sewn, ensuring the print continues seamlessly across seams. Used in premium sportswear, professional team kits, and fashion pieces where seam-crossing pattern alignment is part of the design.

Why Brands in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Gulf Choose Hilton
Hilton is structured for buyers who need decoration quality, product manufacturing, compliance, and export delivery in one coordinated workflow, not managed across separate suppliers.
All five embroidery types and both printing methods are available across apparel, home textiles, and socks from one facility. A sportswear brand that needs a sublimated kit with an embroidered badge, or a hospitality group that needs embroidered bathrobes and screen-printed staff uniforms, handles both in one order, under one account manager, on one production timeline.
No stitch file is required for embroidery orders. Artwork conversion, digital proofing, and physical sample approval are all included before bulk production begins. The approved sample becomes the production benchmark; every unit in the bulk run is checked against it.
We have been manufacturing and decorating since 1970. That history means we advise on method selection before production begins, which technique survives commercial laundering, which print method handles a complex gradient, and which embroidery type works on a specific fabric weight. That knowledge is built into how we read your brief.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What embroidery types do you offer?
We offer five embroidery types: flat (standard) embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, appliqué embroidery, embroidered patches, and chenille embroidery. Five distinct techniques are available – each suited to a different design style and application. If you’re unsure which type suits your design, share your brief, and we’ll advise.
What is the difference between screen printing and sublimation printing?
Screen printing pushes ink through mesh screens onto fabric and works on cotton, blended fabrics, and dark garments. Sublimation converts dye into a gas that permanently bonds to polyester fibers, producing full-color all-over prints on white or light polyester garments. The right method depends on your design and fabric type — share your brief, and we’ll confirm which suits your product.
Can I use embroidery and printing on the same product?
Yes, Embroidery and printing methods can be combined on the same garment or textile in a single order. Common combinations include an embroidered chest logo with a screen printed back graphic, or an embroidered badge on a sublimated sports kit.
What file format should I submit?
Any standard design file format is accepted for both embroidery and printing — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPEG, or SVG. For embroidery, you do not need to supply a stitch file. For printing, vector files are preferred for screen printing. For sublimation, high-resolution image files at print dimensions. If you’re uncertain, send what you have, and we’ll advise.
