The Difference
What Is Custom Manufacturing?
Custom manufacturing means you specify the product from scratch, the silhouette, the fabric, the style, the dimensions, and we build it exactly to that specification.
Nothing starts from a pre-existing template. The product you receive exists because you defined it, and it exists nowhere else.
Bring Your Design in Any Format, We Work With It
The single biggest barrier to custom manufacturing is the belief that you need a finished tech pack before approaching a manufacturer. You don’t.
Hilton works with buyers at every stage of design readiness. Whatever you have, a detailed specification or a rough idea, we start from there.
01
You Have a Tech Pack
Send it directly. We review your spec within 24 hours, confirm feasibility, and provide a production quote.
Exact execution: every measurement, material call-out, and construction detail is followed exactly. No deviations without your written approval.
Right for
you if:
you have an established product range or professional tech pack documentation ready to send.

You Have a Sketch or Mood Board
We convert your sketch, reference images, or mood board into a production-ready tech pack. You approve every element before sampling begins.
Clear documentation: silhouette, construction details, fabric specification, and trim requirements are prepared for production.
Right for
you if:
you are a fashion designer, a startup developing your first custom product, or a brand extending its range.

02
03
You Have a Reference Sample
Bring us a garment, textile, or sock you want replicated or improved. We reverse-engineer the construction and document the complete spec.
Improvement built in: construction details, fabric upgrades, and fit adjustments are incorporated at the brief stage.
Right for
you if:
you are switching manufacturers, unhappy with a current supplier, or want an upgraded version of an existing product.

You Have an Idea Only
A description, reference link, or concept is enough. We run a brief consultation call to document your requirements and prepare a reviewable spec.
Guided brief: end use, target customer, price point, performance needs, and aesthetic direction are defined before development.
Right for
you if:
you are at the concept stage, a corporate buyer with a brief but no design resource, or a brand launching a completely new product category.

Custom Apparel

- Tracksuits & Joggers
- Jackets & Outerwear
- Polo Shirts & Sportswear

Fabric sourcing, cut and sew construction, size grading, and decoration are all executed to your specifications.
Custom HOME TEXTILE
- Bed Sheets & Comforters
- Duvet Covers & Pillowcases
- Bath Towels & Bathrobes
- Blankets & Mattress Protectors
We manufacture custom bedding, bath, and home textile products to specification. Thread count, fill weight, weave structure, fabric composition, and dimensions are all determined by your brief, not by a catalog. Products are available with your woven label, hang tag, and retail-ready packaging.
Custom Socks
- Athletic & Compression Socks
- Crew & Ankle Socks
- Dress & Grip Socks
- Specialty & Novelty Socks
We manufacture custom socks across every style — athletic, casual, dress, compression, grip, and specialty. Jacquard knitting weaves your logo or pattern directly into the knit structure — permanently and with no surface printing required.

- Fabric composition: natural, synthetic, blended, organic, recycled, or technical performance fibers
- Color: Pantone matching, custom dyeing, yarn-dyed, piece-dyed, or printed

Our Process
Our Custom Manufacturing Process — 6 Steps From Spec to Shipment
Custom manufacturing involves one more stage than private label: the design and tech pack development step. This is where your brief becomes a production specification, and where all decisions about construction, materials, and decoration are locked before sampling begins.
Share Your Brief
Send your design file, sketch, reference sample, or concept. We respond within 24 hours with a feasibility confirmation. Include any brand guidelines, performance requirements, or target price points if you have them.
01
Tech Pack and Spec Development
We build or refine your tech pack: every measurement, every material call-out, every construction detail, every decoration specification, every trim. This document becomes the binding specification for your order. You review and approve every element. (1–3 working days)
02
Digital Mockup and First Approval
Before a single piece of fabric is cut, we produce a digital mockup of your product for visual confirmation. You approve the proportions, colorway, label placement, and decoration. Unlimited revisions at this stage — this is the cheapest point to make changes.
03
Physical Sample Production
We produce a physical sample to the approved spec. You receive it for review: construction quality, fit, fabric hand, label execution, and packaging. Revisions are made until the sample exactly matches your specification. Bulk production does not begin without written approval.
04
Bulk Production with 3-Stage QC
Production runs against your locked spec. Three quality checks: pre-production (materials and construction confirmed before cutting begins), mid-production inline audit (10–15% of units inspected against approved sample), and pre-shipment inspection (full batch checked before packing). Every deviation requires your approval before production continues.
05
Packaging and Global Delivery
Labels, hang tags, and packaging applied. Product packed retail-ready to your specification. Shipped FOB, CIF, or DDP to the USA, Canada, Gulf and World Wide. Full export documentation included.
06
Certification
Certifications and Compliance
Every custom order from Hilton is built under certified quality and ethical frameworks — regardless of order size or category. The following certifications apply across apparel, home textiles, and socks.

Industries We Build Custom Products For
Custom manufacturing at Hilton serves buyers who need products that do not exist off the shelf. The buyer types below represent the most common custom manufacturing briefs we receive — each has different requirements. Still, all share one thing: they need a manufacturer who builds to their specification, not the other way around.
Fashion Designers and Emerging Clothing Brands
Original collections built from your sketch, mood board, or concept — no finished tech pack required. From capsule collections to full seasonal ranges, we develop the spec and build the product to your design.
Sportswear and Activewear Labels
Performance custom clothing to exact spec — moisture-wicking fabrics, compression zones, specific GSM, and sublimation printing for all-over team kit. Custom socks with graduated compression and jacquard logo are available alongside every sportswear order.
Corporate and Workwear Buyers
Bespoke uniforms with exact Pantone colour codes, proprietary logo placement, and specific fabric durability requirements. Every construction detail is documented and reproducible across large repeat orders.
Sports Teams and Clubs
Custom team kits with full player name, number, and badge personalisation — sublimated jerseys, custom sock designs, and training apparel in club colourways. Suited to professional and semi-professional programmes meeting the 5,000-piece minimum per style.
Hospitality Groups and Hotel Brands
Custom bedding and bath linen to specification — thread count, fill weight, weave structure, and dimensions all defined by your brief. Monogrammed towels, hotel-branded bed sheet sets, and bespoke duvet covers with commercial laundry durability built in.
Amazon FBA Sellers Launching Original Products
A custom-designed product with a specification no other Amazon seller can replicate. Combined with FBA-compliant packaging and direct warehouse routing, your unique product ships into the fulfilment network ready to sell.
Protecting Your Design - Confidentiality and IP
In custom manufacturing, your design is your competitive advantage. It belongs to you exclusively. Hilton’s approach to design confidentiality is direct:
- Your design is yours alone
We manufacture your custom product for you only. It is never shared, sold, offered to other buyers, or used as the basis for any other production run.
- Your tech pack is locked
Stored securely and used only for your orders. It is not accessible to third parties, other clients, or other teams within our production system.
- Your spec is saved for reorders
Every repeat order is produced to the same locked specification. The same construction, the same materials, the same quality — regardless of how much time passes between orders.
- NDA available on request
If your product involves patented design features, proprietary material specifications, or sensitive brand IP, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before any production begins.

MOQ and Lead Times
Custom manufacturing pricing varies because each product is unique. A simple t-shirt in one color and one decoration element has a different cost structure from a technical performance jacket with multiple fabric layers and custom hardware. We are transparent about this from the first conversation.

Why Brands in the USA, Canada, Europe, and the Gulf Choose Hilton
No Tech Pack Required
Most manufacturers require a finished tech pack. Hilton does not. We take your sketch, reference sample, or description and build the production-ready tech pack, for you before any money changes hands. That removes the single largest barrier most buyers face when approaching custom manufacturing for the first time.
Built to Your Spec, Every Time
Our production system is built around spec fidelity. Every deviation from your approved tech pack requires your written confirmation before production continues. It is a deliberate commitment. Buyers who have experienced spec drift at other manufacturers consistently identify this as the most important difference they find at Hilton.
One Manufacturer. Three Categories
Three product categories from one manufacturer removes supply chain complexity most brands accept as unavoidable. A sportswear brand launching custom clothing, socks, and training apparel does not need three factories, three quality systems, or three shipping timelines. All three come from Hilton. One account manager. One shipment.
50 Years of Manufacturing Knowledge
We have been manufacturing since 1970. Custom clothing, custom home textiles, and custom socks have been part of our production capability for decades. Which fabric behaves which way under which construction. Which sock knit structure produces which performance characteristic. Which bedding specification survives commercial laundry and which does not. That knowledge is embedded in how we read your brief and how we advise at the tech pack stage. It does not come from a system. It comes from experience.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a tech pack to get started with custom manufacturing?
No, You can start with a sketch, a reference image, a mood board, a garment sample, or a verbal brief. Hilton builds the tech pack as part of the order process. The tech pack is developed, reviewed, and approved by you before any sampling or production begins. You receive and own the completed tech pack.
Can I send you an existing product to replicate or improve?
Yes, Send the reference sample with your brief — what you want to keep, what you want to change, what you want to improve. We reverse-engineer the construction spec, document it as a tech pack, and build a sample for your approval. Improvements are incorporated at the brief stage, not corrected in bulk.
How many rounds of sampling are included?
Revision rounds at the digital mockup stage are unlimited — changes at that stage cost nothing. Physical sample revisions are included until your sample matches the approved spec exactly. We do not restrict the number of sample revisions. We build until it is right.
Will my design be kept confidential?
Yes, Your design files, tech packs, and specifications are used exclusively for your orders. They are not shared with other buyers, offered to other brands, or used for any other production purpose. If your product involves sensitive IP, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before production begins.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes, Pantone matching is standard on custom manufacturing orders. Provide the Pantone reference number or a physical color swatch, and we match it through fabric dyeing, yarn dyeing, or print ink formulation, depending on the product and construction method.
